Mikaela Hargis Commits to Virginia Tech
Rebels Soccer Club is proud to congratulate Mikaela Hargis of our GU17 ECNL team on her commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at Virginia Tech.
Mikaela’s commitment represents an exciting next step in her soccer journey and another milestone for the Rebels College Pathway. Through her dedication, hard work, and continued development, Mikaela has earned the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Division I level in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
Virginia Tech Women’s Soccer has established a strong history on the national stage. The program has qualified for 14 NCAA Tournaments, reached the College Cup in 2013, and advanced to its second NCAA Elite Eight in 2024. For Mikaela, this commitment is the culmination of countless hours of training, competition, and continued growth. Her journey is also a reflection of what the Rebels College Pathway is designed to provide: an environment where players can develop, challenge themselves, and prepare for opportunities beyond the club level.
We are proud to have been part of Mikaela’s journey and look forward to watching her represent the Hokies at the next level.
Congratulations, Mikaela! Your Rebels family is proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead in Blacksburg.
Tradition Fuels Our Future.
